When do placements start?
Formal placements begin in Month 7 and run through Month 9. However, placement preparation — case solving, mock interviews, resume reviews, and portfolio building — starts from Month 1 and continues throughout the programme.
What kind of roles do graduates get?
Revenue-focused roles across SaaS (US BDR, Account Executive, CSM, RevOps), Consumer (Brand Manager, Category Manager, Marketplace Manager, Performance Marketing), and Founder's Office / Chief of Staff positions at high-growth startups.
What's the average CTC?
Year 1 (Online Launchpad): ₹14.76L average, ₹30L highest. Year 2 (PGP Offline, interim): ₹16.05L average, ₹25L highest, ₹14.85L median, ₹21.5L top 25% average. Active placements are ongoing for Year 2.
How does the man-to-man marking system work?
Every student is assigned a mentor and a placement team member who are personally accountable for their career outcome. Together they define your North Star — target role, company tier, CTC — and track your progress towards it every week.
What if I want to start my own company instead?
The Founder's Track runs parallel to the placement track. You get access to HiveSchool's incubation cell, a ₹1 Cr+ corpus, equity-free grants, VC office hours, and a Demo Day in front of investors. Several students from Cohort 1 chose this path.
Do you help with salary negotiation?
Yes. The placement team handles offer negotiations, joining timelines, and role clarity discussions on your behalf. You also go through dedicated salary negotiation sessions as part of placement prep.
